SWM-4 Horizontal slab edging machine is Singip new generation of equipment of slab grinding with advanced structure, high precision, convenient operation and maintenance characters, which is designed for 45 degree large arris grinding of flat slab with different sizes and thickness. It can finish sawing, rough grinding, fine grinding and shaving in a pass. Adopt gear and rack transmission design can make the grinding head moving smooth. It can electric control and digital display grinding wheels' feeding. With the advantage of auto air cylinder clamping, touch screen display and automatic adjustment grinding length according input data make it be a necessary device on slab processing.

Adopt electric control on grinding heads' feeding and wheels lifting are manual.

Slab is clamped by several cylinders. This design can let it process different thickness slab at a same time;
Manual remove the cylinder when processing ultra-thick sheets.

Gear and rack structure on transmission; Grinding heads will reach out when machine working. And all heads will back to origin when it finish processing.
