SZM-9SP Intelligent Slab Straight Line Edging Machine
SZM-9SP Intelligent Slab Straight line edging machine is designed for grinding straight line flat edge of different sizes and thickness and 45 degree arris of porcelain slab. Coarse grinding, fine grinding, polishing and angle-making can be completed in a procession. Its speed can be widely adjusted by frequency inverter. Speed alteration is very smooth. In grinding operation, feeding speed can be adjusted at random. Front rails can be adjusted to fit varied thickness of processed ceramic. And its' advanced structure, high precision, easy handling, and high efficiency make it one of indispensable instruments for ceramic procession.

Intelligent edging system introduction
The SZM-9SP machine has an intelligent edging system. It can automatically compensate for the edges' polishing quality while running, which make the machine always achieve the best edging effect. The feeding speed and thickness can be easily adjusted through the PLC touch screen on the panel. With automatic mode and manual mode, it can process different products for different requirements. The intelligent learning function allows it to be highly flexible, via learning and recording the polishing data from different grinding wheels, speeds and thicknesses for coming true the real intelligence.

Structural advantage
SZM-9SP adopts a new structure design. The two columns are connected to the base and a crossbar is added at the front to connect the two side columns to reduce the overall vibration of the machine.
The 6-dimensional direction of the motor seat has fixed to limit the working vibration:
- Front and rear direction: The motors seat is connected to the front crossbar and the base to limit the vibration displacement in the front and rear direction;
- Left and right direction: Each motor seats contact each other to limit the vibration displacement in the left and right direction;
- Up and down direction: Use the dovetail pallet structure can effectively reduce the up and down movement caused by the motor running
