    The SZM-9SP machine has an intelligent edging system. It can automatically compensate for the edges' polishing quality while running, which make the machine always achieve the best edging effect. The feeding speed and thickness can be easily adjusted through the PLC touch screen on the panel. With automatic mode and manual mode, it can process different products for different requirements. The intelligent learning function allows it to be highly flexible, via learning and recording the polishing data from different grinding wheels, speeds and thicknesses for coming true the real intelligence.

    By using one of the most modern modelling systems (FEA, Finite Element Analysis), SZM structures have been strengthened. With cast iron on main structure (bedplate, beams and stand column), the advanced dimensioning allows fabricating large, thicker glass sheets (up to 200 kg) without any concern.
