1.Standard function
Connecting control function
The touch screen of No.1 double edger is the main controller, which can control the whole line start and stop, No.2 double edger's basic control, transfer table and detecting table.
No.2 double edger's touch screen can only control itself.
Admin-System provides 3 user levels for password changing, user adding, user deleting.
2. Alarm
If there are problems while machine running, the alarm light will be on at the bottom of operation page, user can check the alarm information pages for details with real time status of PLC input and output, yield, etc.
3.Processing margin detecting
Standard processing margin range is 2mm, if the processing margin of current glass exceeds 2mm, the edger will automatically slow down the grinding speed to avoid chipping. The total processing margin range shall be 1~6mm. if glass exceed this range, the edger will more and more slowly even stop running.
4.Energy saving
Machine has sleeping function (Original setting is 1 minute). If our machine detects no glass feeding for processing over 1 minute, the system will turn off grinding motor, pump, blower, etc. When there is glass feeding in again, machine will start running automatically.
Besides, the system has a detection function of glass position, if the glass doesn't locate in the available grinding area (the area for glass and wheel touch each other), the system will lower the speed of grinding wheel motor to save power.
Machine Introduction
Intelligent High Speed Double Edging Machine
1. The new design features a layered layout. Electrical part is on top, the water pipe and the water tank of grinding head on middle and the pneumatic control part on bottom. Humanized design to reach safety usage standards and simple maintain.
2. Control system has capacity to set one time finish processing through HMI operation by PLC which is suitable for process building glass, shower room, furniture glass, laminating glass, wall glass, Low-e glass, appliance glass, etc.
3. Machine's bed is undergone special treatment. We adopt high efficiency double linear rail and ball screw transmission, servo motor/frequency converter device.
4. Polishing system: Pneumatic polishing
Rough grinding (Diamond wheel/Resin wheel): Manual

The base bed use square tube with a thickness of 10 mm and a size of 200X300, which guarantees stability and durability.
