SXL1225DL Horizontal Glass Seaming Machine
The seaming machine processing insulating glass(IGU) in architecture, doors and windows area as well as those square glass with different specifications on thickness as it can automatically recognizes the glass width and thickness. It is an economic and efficient device.
Using industrial computer control system, our machine has features of automatic identification of glass parameters and flexible processing of multiple specifications. Adopting 3 beams and 4 heads pass-through structure, it can be connected into an automated production line. Mass production and high-efficient production.

1.  Unique design

SXL series seaming machine adopts cutting edge design- Three beams structure and four grinding heads. Different with the traditional PLC control, our machine adopts the motion controller and Famous brand servo motor that can offer a high transmission speed and capable of network support. It can be a production line for large-scale production.
Features

1. The glass transmission adopts servo driver and rubber roller for synchronous transmission with the polyurethane wheel in press and side guide that can offer a stable transmission and this is benefit for the glass positioning and can improve the grinding performance.
2. The opening and closing device on grinding head is driven by name-band servo driver and gear reducer. Adopt linear guide and helical gear rack on transmission because they have good wear resistance and provide minimum gap on mesh, which is benefit on glass position.
3. The probe will not contact glass in positioning. This method makes it not easy to wear and has a longer service life;
4. Easy to process 3-12mm thickness glass without any concern; 
5. Adopts double-row roller chain on transmission, which is more stable and quieter;
6. The opening and closing structure adopt helical rack drive, the speed can up to 40 meters per minute, more accuracy and more durable;
7. The grinding wheels of the upper and lower arris adopt cross structure design that can guarantee glass can be grinded thoroughly;
8.  Without rotation action design on grinding head, avoiding the position error and improve the production efficiency;
9. Cancel the cylinder design on grinding head movement. Save space for other machine(500-700mm width).

1.Patented waterproof design
Original structure on external installation of rubber roller bearing seat with rubber inside, avoided the water sinking in the bearing seat. This design can solve the problem of bearing damage and cut your maintenance work.

2.Patented design
Special design on grinding wheel feeding structure. Adopt the pallet type structure on feeding position that is convenient for the operator to set the wheel while he needs to adjusting wheels.
3.The side-guiding structure
The side wheels are made of polyurethane material and stainless-steel shaft. 100% rust proof design. Compared with the regular timing belt structure, this structure is simple and reduce the risk on parts replacement, such as the belt, pulley, bearing.

4.An upgrade position detection structure:
The mechanical structure adopts the principle of leverage, easy to install and adjust.
This new design can eliminate the defect caused by traditional structure with limited switch and spring structure: inaccurate position due to its' large gaps and short service life characteristic.

9.Patented technology:
The upper and lower chamfering cross-wheel edging adopts the principle of static feeding-Arris grinding wheels prepare feeding well first. It won't move to grind the edge until it touches glass
Advantages:
1. Compared with the movement feeding, this method accuracy can be ensured that the glass is ground from beginning to the end.
2.The upper and lower grinding wheels will touch the glass at the same time. It will not bend the glass and damage the glass.
10.Patented technology:
The fourth side can start grinding from left side or right side that reduce the mechanical loss of empty running, makes the service life longer and double the efficiency of edging.
The width of the double row of pressing wheels to press the glass edge is only 12-15mm ensuring zero scratches on the glass surface.

The movement of the beam is driven by helical gear and gear reducer, the transmission is noiseless, and the repeated positioning is accurate, which solves the problem of inaccurate positioning of the timing belt structure which is easily damage to the components.
