1.The whole line including 4 sets of SZM-9SP intelligent polishing machine, 3 set of SFZT2516 robot arm, and one set of SX-2500L vertical washing machine. All machine length and layout showed as above picture.

The SZM-9SP has abundant functions, like intelligent learning function, polishing real-time compensation function, polishing distance compensation function, wheel replacement reminder, automatic wheel alignment (setting), one-button start and so on.The SZM-9SP also has an intelligent edging system. It can automatically compensate for the edges' polishing quality while running, which make the machine always achieve the best edging effect. The feeding speed and thickness can be easily adjusted through the PLC touch screen on the panel. With automatic mode and manual mode, it can process different products for different requirements. The intelligent learning function allows it to be highly flexible, via learning and recording the polishing data from different grinding wheels, speeds and thicknesses for coming true the real intelligence.
