Glass Straight Line Variable Angle Edging Machine (0-45 degree)

Introduction    
    SZM11325P glass straight line multiple angle grinding machine is mainly used for the grinding of straight edge and multiple angle edges of glass, the thickness and edge angle of glass are controlled by PLC, featuring easy for adjustment and wide application, and coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing of straight edges and multiple angle edges can be finished at one time. It is the first choice for cold processing industry of artistic glass and furniture glass.

Why we can do this
    Thanks to the swing structure design on the top five grinding motor, The SZM11325P can be changed its grinding angle to fit your production requirement.
    When you need to finish the flat edge, the top five motor be in verticality. All wheels placement is same as the straight line edging machine (details in below).
    While you want to produce angle from 90 to 45 degree edge, because of the special order, use the PLC to set the angle and the swing system can change the angle of top five motor to be what you set

SZM11325P Working Process

    1. 90°straight line edge grinding: When grinding 90°straight line edge,Top No.1-No.5 wheel can complete the bottom edge grinding and polish.;No.6~No.9 grinding heads finish front and rear arris
    2. Multi-angle edge grinding:when processing multi-angle edge,use PLC setting the angle.  No.1-No.5 wheels will make the mitering, No.6~No.9 grinding heads finish front and rear arris, No.10-No.11 making the bottom edge.
