    Automatic Glass Sandblasting Machine which is designed according to the marketing requirement is controlled by the PLC, suitable for processing 5-50mm thickness on flat glass for steric pattern. Glass is conveyed by the chains, when glass arrive to the place for sandblasting, the guns which are driven by chain will move up-and-down and spurt out sand. The height and the width of sandblasting can be adjusted according to the requirement. The drive structure of the sandblasting gun is outside the machine which make benefited to a long period normal working and daily maintenance. The machine adopts the PLC for controlling, which brings easy operation and exploration the glass position automatically when sandblasting.

The Structure of machine
    This machine is made of 9 parts: input sub frame , input guideway, frame, bracket bar, main body, output guideway, output subframe, dust catcher, air filter(selected mating) and other parts.

    Input subframe: support input guideway and fasten frame
    Input guideway: move the glass which to process into the main body
    Frame: connect the bracket bar to support glass, to prevent the glass collapse backward
    Bracket bar: support glass to prevent the glass collapse
    Main body: complete the processing of glass and control the running of machine
    Output guideway:sent away the glass which processing has been completed
    Output subframe: support output guideway and fasten frame
    Dust catcher: clean out the dust that procreant in the processing
