Main parameters of the machine
1.2.2 Intelligent control part
The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and can be equipped with automatic code scanning or receiving glass dimensions given by the front-end equipment to achieve automatic adjustment of any size without manual input. After the glass is completed, the glass pieces are transmitted to the back-end processing equipment to achieve online operation during the glass production process.
1.2.3 Main structure and process of the machine
The machine base and the main body of the box are made of 12mm thick-walled square tubes. Thick steel plates are added to the mounting surface for welding and artificial aging treatment is performed to eliminate welding stress and prevent deformation during use. The entire process strictly follows the annealing, rough processing, and fine processing processes to ensure the accuracy and service life of the parts.
The machine paint parts adopt pickling, phosphating, and powder spraying processes, which have stronger adhesion and rust resistance; the parts that come into contact with water adopt the surface QPQ process, which not only improves the wear resistance of the parts, but also has stronger rust resistance than traditional hard chrome plating; all stainless steel sheet metals are made of 304 material.

1.2.4 Opening and closing part
The opening and closing part of the machine uses Taiwan brand grinding grade (6-level precision) helical gear rack transmission, with a maximum opening and closing speed of 25m/min, an opening and closing repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, and is equipped with a high-precision brake system to improve the rigidity of the machine when grinding glass edges.

Lubrication method for opening and closing guide rails and gear racks: intermittent lubrication is performed during the origin return process when the machine is turned on. If there is no power outage for more than 24 hours, the system will perform segmented intelligent lubrication.
Opening and closing protection: In addition to the conventional maximum and minimum limit switches, an extreme protection switch is added. When the limit is exceeded, the power supply of the opening and closing servo drive can be directly disconnected to ensure the safety of the equipment.

1.2.5 Transmission part
The main transmission part of the machine adopts dual servo motors and hyperbolic gear reducers for transmission. Compared with traditional edge grinding machines, it is more efficient and energy-saving, has high synchronization, and is easy to repair and maintain;
Maximum speed when no load: 25m/min;
Speed range under load: 0~20m/min
Conveyor belt: MEGADYNE synchronous belt, the lower guide rail is wear-resistant stainless steel belt, which has a longer service life and is easier to replace.
1.2.6 Motor Slide Plate
All grinding head slides of the machine are high-precision double V-shaped slides, which have the characteristics of flexible adjustment, high precision and small vibration, thus improving the edge grinding quality of the machine.

1.2.7 Lifting part
The lifting and lowering of the upper pressure beam and the upper 45° chamfer are both controlled by servo motors, which have high control accuracy and fast and accurate positioning, solving the shortcomings of traditional edge grinding machines that require frequent corrections due to inaccurate lifting dimensions.
