SXL1220DL Horizontal Glass Seaming Machine
The seaming machine processing insulating glass(IGU) in architecture, doors and windows area as well as those square glass with different specifications on thickness as it can automatically recognizes the glass width and thickness. It is an economic and efficient device.
Using industrial computer control system, our machine has features of automatic identification of glass parameters and flexible processing of multiple specifications. Adopting 3 beams and 4 heads pass-through structure, it can be connected into an automated production line. Mass production and high-efficient production.

1.Patented waterproof design
Original structure on external installation of rubber roller bearing seat with rubber inside, avoided the water sinking in the bearing seat. This design can solve the problem of bearing damage and cut your maintenance work.
Daily use only needs regular lubrication
2.Patented design
Special design on grinding wheel feeding structure. Adopt the pallet type structure on feeding position that is convenient for the operator to set the wheel while he needs to adjusting wheels.
3.The side-guiding structure
The side wheels are made of polyurethane material and stainless-steel shaft. 100% rust proof design. Compared with the regular timing belt structure, this structure is simple and reduce the risk on parts replacement, such as the belt, pulley, bearing.

The mechanical structure adopts the principle of leverage, easy to install and adjust.

- The opening and closing device on grinding head is driven by name-band servo driver and gear reducer. Adopt linear guide and helical gear rack on transmission because they have good wear resistance and provide minimum gap on mesh, which is benefit on glass position.
- The probe will not contact glass in positioning. This method makes it not easy to wear and has a longer service life;
